At Droppi, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. Because our products are fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

1. Returns

Most Droppi purchases are final sale.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color or variant, or simply deciding that you no longer want the product.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
